- **Advance Notice:** Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.

- **Late Cancellations:** If you cancel less than 72 hours before the session start time, you will not be eligible for a refund. Even in such cases, consider writing to us via "Contact Us" section. We will review the request and approve/reject it on a case to case basis and provide a full/partial refund (if approved).

 

**3. Refund Policy**

 

- **Eligibility:** Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the session start time.

- **Processing Time:** Refunds will be processed within two working days from the date of the cancellation request. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.
